La Cortez Energy Inc.

is an early stage international energy company, headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, USA, that focuses on the oil and gas industry in South America. We plan to invest in oil and gas exploration and production ("E&P") opportunities initially in Colombia and Peru, and later in Paraguay, Argentina and other South American countries.

We are in the process of establishing an operating branch of our Company in Colombia, and we have opened offices in Bogotá, Colombia, to more efficiently direct our business efforts in the region.
